Details of Terms and Conditions are available upon request, and also reproduction fees & charges. As a guide, the following may be helpful:-
- Reproduction charges depend on purpose and usage of the picture e.g. brochures, magazines, newspapers, reports, catalogues, leaflets, post & greetings cards, calenders, web sites, personal display at home etc.
- Size of printed image, number of copies printed, position of image within publication etc.
- Period or duration of usage.
- Hebridean Island Images & Ruari Cumming, LRPS retain full copyright of all photographs or digital files supplied.
- Any image reproduced must credit the copyright holder thus "© Ruari Cumming LRPS/www.Hebridean-Island-Images.com".
- Should the original transparency be required, then specific terms & conditions apply. Please ask for details.
- Images provided will have been electronically scanned at 5,400 ppi (42.2 megapixels) from the original transparency, whilst camera generated images are captured at 12.8 megapixels in RAW format prior to any manipulation in Adobe Photoshop CS2.
- Images supplied in print or disc form may differ in reproduction to those as displayed on this website. This could be due to differences in the settings & calibration of your monitor.
- Pictures requested to be supplied in full reproduction digital format, which are then not used, will incur a small handling charge which may be offset at a later date if that image is then used.
- All images supplied, on disc or prints, are subject to charges for media, post, packing & where required, insurance and/or "Next Day" delivery charges.
- The entire contents of this website is protected by copyright. You may not copy any image(s) from this website for any use without the prior agreement of Hebridean Island Images. Any individuals, companies or organisations found to have copied images from this website without prior permission could face prosecution.
